What is NapNest Bamboo?

NapNest Bamboo offers soft, breathable and comfortable bedding essentials designed for calmer everyday sleep. Our products are inspired by natural materials, gentle textures and a clean, relaxed bedroom environment.

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.

How long does delivery take?

Standard UK delivery usually takes 3–5 working days after your order has been processed. Delivery times may vary during busy periods, bank holidays or due to courier delays.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery costs will be shown at checkout before payment is completed. We may offer free delivery promotions from time to time.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. If your order has not yet been processed or dispatched, we will do our best to amend or cancel it.

Once an order has been dispatched, it may need to be returned in line with our Returns & Exchanges policy.

Can I return an item if I change my mind?

Yes. For online purchases in the UK, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. After notifying us, you then have another 14 days to return the item.

Returned items must be unused, clean, complete and in their original packaging where possible.

Are bedding items returnable?

Bedding items can usually be returned if they are unused, unwashed and in a resaleable condition. For hygiene reasons, we may not be able to accept returns of items that have been used, washed, damaged, marked or removed from sealed hygiene packaging where this applies.

What if my item is faulty or incorrect?

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a suitable resolution, such as a replacement, exchange or refund.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund. Refunds are usually issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof that the goods have been sent back.

How should I care for bamboo bedding?

We recommend washing bamboo bedding on a gentle cold or low-temperature cycle with mild detergent. Avoid bleach, harsh chemicals and high heat drying.
